God I love coffee. I got a large dry skim Cappucino with Splenda, Cinnamon, and Vanilla from the neighborhood Starbucks this morning and I absolutely loved it. Good coffee, and even some mediocre coffee, has a world inside its flavor that mix with the intense complexity more akin to human thought processes than to just vegetable oils in hot water. What I really miss is the espresso-like Polish Coffee served with a little piece of milk chocolate that you let disolve in the rich liquid. Unfortunately, I cannot find anyone who even knows what exactly they do to make their coffee. I suspect that it is really a Americano. But I am not sure.

Addendum: Polish Coffee is actually Turkish Coffee! Now the search for a Turkish Coffeehouse begins.
