I am a sixth year doctoral student in Computer Science at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
Additionally, I am currently a system administrator in the Center for the Study of Digital Libraries, a researcher for the the Walden's Paths Project, and a Senior Systems Administrator at the Academy for Advanced Telecommunications and Learning Technologies.
I am currently serving as the Student ListServ moderate for SIGCHI and the JCDL Student Representative for the SIGWEB Advisory Committee.
I have been married to Andorrea Liana Bogen since 19 September 2004. Our first child, Elizabeth Lee Bogen, was born on 4 April 2008 at 6:41 PM, out second child, Andrew Logasa Bogen, was born on 19 February 2010 at 8:39 AM.
I received my bachelors in Computer Science from Texas A&M University on 17 December 2004.
As an undergraduate student at A&M I had been the President of our ACM chapter, represented the students' interest on the departmental Undergraduate Curriculum Committee, served on our Student Engineers' Council, worked for both the Civil Engineering Department and the Center for the Study of Digital Libraries, interned with ATD Q&R-IS at Intel in Phoenix, and studied abroad in Poland.
Previously I have been Secretary and then Vice President of the Computer Science Graduate Students' Association at Texas A&M and worked for part time as a Programmer at KBSI.
My personal interests are computers (particularly Debian GNU/Linux), books (both reading and writing), digital music creation, and listening to music. I also play World of Warcraft on Arthas as Baraqel.
Additionally, I have three dogs: Wicket Cornelius, Cranberry Aurora, Gizmo and a rabbit: Hamilton J.
